Andrea Lim is a Singaporean-born violinist and experimental sound artist based on Bidjigal Land. Her practice is underpinned by listening, contemplation and complicating the subject matter of identity(s). She holds an MFA in Arts Leadership from Seattle University and a BMusStudies (Performance) from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. She is a PPCA Performers Trust Foundation recipient and Dame Joan Sutherland Scholar with the American-Australian Association. Andrea was the 20/21 Creative Director of CuriousWorks and has worked with the Center of Contemporary Art (Seattle), Foley Gallery (New York), Sydney Opera House, Red Rattler Theatre and The Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (Singapore).
