Our Team

Sharlini is the Associate Producer (Venue & Projects) at PACT Centre for Emerging Artists. She is passionate about supporting emerging artists in creating innovative works that push boundaries in bold and subversive ways. In this role, her approach is informed by a commitment to access and inclusion, as she strives to support marginalized communities share their stories.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Theatre and Performance, and International Business from UNSW. Currently, she is pursuing her Honours in creative practice. As an artist, she is exploring how performance can be used as a tool for decolonization. Of Sri Lankan Tamil heritage, born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, educated in the British system, and having moved to Gadigal in 2019, she occupies a border position from which she draws on the power of in-betweenness.
